About the Role

Key responsibilities include preparing cash‑flow analyses, summary documentation, and spreadsheets, as well as site‑related analyses for global client locations. The analyst will review legal real‑estate documents such as leases and corporate financial statements, read RFPs, and perform lease‑versus‑own assessments. This high‑volume position supports both leasing and acquisition teams in a collaborative environment. • Conduct financial analysis of lease and purchase deals for office and industrial assets. • Build Power BI dashboards and Excel models to visualize transaction data. • Prepare cash‑flow models, summary reports, and site‑specific analyses for client locations worldwide. • Review leases, RFPs, and corporate financial statements to support lease‑versus‑own decisions. • Support leasing and acquisition teams in a high‑volume, collaborative setting. • Deliver clear written and oral presentations to internal and external stakeholders. • Apply strong quantitative skills and meticulous, error‑free analysis. • Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work independently as a self‑starter. • Work on‑site in Chicago office five days per week.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate possesses strong presentation skills, excellent mathematical ability, and meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and the Microsoft Office suite is required, along with a bachelor's degree in Business or Finance and at least three years of real‑estate or comparable financial modeling experience.
