What You Bring
The position involves providing outstanding service through phone, email, and in‑person interactions, ensuring order accuracy, and collaborating with the entire Parts department, including the warehouse. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of customer service or sales experience, mechanical aptitude, strong computer skills, and professional communication abilities. Preference is given to bilingual English/Spanish speakers and those with experience using Caterpillar systems or in industrial parts. • High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum two years in a customer service or sales role • Mechanical aptitude to learn construction parts quickly • Strong computer skills • Clear, professional communication across all channels • Team‑oriented, goal‑driven, and self‑motivated • Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred) • Experience using Caterpillar (CAT) systems (preferred) • Prior experience with industrial parts or heavy equipment (preferred)
