About the Role
The Community Manager oversees all aspects of a housing community’s operations—including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration, and risk management—while ensuring compliance with Asset Living policies, safety standards, and fair‑housing regulations under the supervision of the Regional Manager. • Hire, train, coach, schedule, and manage on‑site staff, addressing performance issues and ensuring policy compliance. • Develop and monitor annual operating budgets, oversee rent collection, vendor invoicing, and produce accurate financial reports. • Create and execute yearly marketing plans, manage lease processing, resolve resident complaints, and implement retention programs. • Ensure timely administrative reporting, lead emergency response teams, and maintain property appearance through regular inspections. • Oversee maintenance, construction, and rehabilitation activities, securing bids and ensuring quality and expediency. • Maintain compliance with Fair Housing Laws, OSHA requirements, and Asset Living’s safety guidelines. • Provide reliable transportation for emergency on‑call duties and work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and nights.

What You Bring
• Possess a high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred) and relevant housing industry experience; CAM or ARM certification preferred. • Demonstrate basic computer proficiency and ability to operate on‑site software tools. • Adhere to physical demands such as standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 lb, and navigating various work environments.

Benefits
