About the Role
The Global HR Project Manager will sit within the global HR function, reporting to the Director of HR Operations & L&D. The role leads end‑to‑end delivery of HR projects across multiple regions, partnering with HR, business leaders and external vendors to keep projects on schedule and within scope. The manager will also supervise a Global HR Coordinator and a Global HR Administrator. • Manage end-to-end global HR projects to ensure timely, within‑scope delivery aligned with business and people strategy. • Oversee global L&D initiatives, including leadership and learning programme delivery across multiple regions. • Administer the global LMS experience, covering learning, competency assessments and reporting. • Design and deliver mandatory global training modules and support continuous improvement of initiatives. • Build strong relationships with global HR teams and business leaders to enable effective project delivery. • Support regional HR teams in developing and delivering learning programs. • Manage relationships with external delivery providers and system vendors. • Provide detailed reporting and intelligent insights on project effectiveness and focus areas. • Manage the global HR project budget to ensure commercial success. • Contribute input and analysis for the quarterly board cycle, highlighting the impact of people initiatives. • Supervise up to two direct reports (Global HR Coordinator and Global HR Administrator).

What You Bring
• Demonstrated experience managing HR projects in a professional services environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences. • Strong stakeholder balancing and influencing abilities to achieve global consistency. • Ability to juggle multiple projects and processes, prioritising to meet deadlines. • Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and HR systems. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. • Understanding of SOX control responsibilities where applicable.
