About the Role
The Porter is responsible for on‑site groundskeeping, including trash removal, waste preparation, daily cleaning, and upkeep of assigned areas to maintain the property’s appearance and functionality. They follow daily checklists and ensure all amenity areas remain clean and presentable throughout the day. • Ensure completion of daily checklists • Maintain exterior cleanliness and overall curb appeal for the property • Maintain landscaping in good repair between 3rd party service visits • Clean and sweep swimming pools as required • Arrange property furniture as directed • Keep all amenity areas clean and presentable throughout the day • Ensure product presentation meets brand and company standards at all times • Work full shift/on‑site schedule as required • Assist with move‑outs, turn‑overs, and move‑ins beyond normal hours • Lift and move objects up to 50 pounds regularly, performing bending, stooping, and lifting as needed

What You Bring
