About the Role
You will provide strategic oversight for the design, implementation, and delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet timeline, budget, and organizational objectives. Responsibilities include overseeing site selection, feasibility studies, environmental impact assessments, and the permitting process, as well as coordinating cross‑functional teams of engineering, regulatory, government affairs, and construction. You will interface with regulatory agencies and external consultants, support acquisitions, and develop reports for leadership on project status, risks, and budgets.

What You Bring
The position requires a proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects from concept to completion and experience leading internal and external experts in securing environmental permits for facilities such as wastewater treatment plants, injection wells, and RCRA Subtitle C sites. Strong knowledge of hazardous waste regulations, capital planning, estimating, and modeling is essential, along with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) and the ability to travel 30‑40 % of the time are preferred. A minimum of ten years of experience leading infrastructure projects is required.
