What You Bring
The company is hiring a General Maintenance Technician for full‑time commercial construction projects across the United States. The role requires willingness to travel, work overnight shifts, and respond to on‑call emergencies as needed. Applicants must have a minimum of three years of construction or commercial maintenance experience, possess basic construction hand tools, and hold an OSHA 10‑hour certification (or obtain it within three months of hire). Licensed plumbers and electricians are encouraged to apply. • Proficient carpentry: framing, metal/wood studs, basic cabinetry, countertops, doors and windows installation. • Interior and exterior painting. • Flooring installation: VCT, LVT, tile, carpet squares, and cove base. • Basic plumbing: replace/install sinks, faucets, toilets, and simple drainage systems. • HVAC knowledge: refrigeration systems and preventative maintenance service calls. • Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting. • Strict adherence to OSHA safety standards. • Clear communication with customers to build relationships.
