About the Role
The role focuses on servicing advanced heavy commercial and industrial HVAC equipment, including chillers, rooftop units, air handling units, and pumps. Workers receive factory certification through the Service Technical Academy, milestone recognition, monetary rewards, and top‑of‑the‑line technology, equipment, and uniforms, while maintaining a #1 focus on safety. • Install, remove, and service HVAC equipment such as chillers, rooftop units, air handling units, and pumps. • Perform pipefitting tasks, including welded, screwed, and copper pipe work. • Complete safety analyses on a mobile device before each task and wear required PPE and uniforms. • Conduct physically demanding work including climbing and lifting up to 75 lb. • Travel occasionally within North Florida and South Georgia service areas. • Maintain strong verbal and written communication with customers.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold Mechanical Journeyman status with at least five years of practical experience in residential, light commercial, or commercial HVAC and mechanical troubleshooting. Required qualifications include a valid driver’s license, appropriate refrigerant, boiler, and steam service licenses, strong verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in pipefitting (welded, screwed, and copper). The position serves the North Florida and South Georgia service area, with occasional travel to other locations. Employees must complete safety analyses on a mobile device before each task, wear required PPE and uniforms, and undergo background screening and drug testing due to facility access requirements. • Hold Mechanical Journeyman status and possess 5+ years of HVAC/mechanical experience. • Hold a valid driver’s license and required refrigerant, boiler, and steam service licenses. • Adhere to the Zero Harm safety policy and undergo background and drug screening.
