Key responsibilities include prospecting for new business, assessing customer requirements, preparing proposals, negotiating and closing sales, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also involves coordinating with service teams, recording activities in CRM systems, producing performance reports, and staying informed about industry developments. • Prospect and generate new business via cold calling, networking, referrals, and on‑site visits. • Assess customer needs and recommend customized HVAC service and maintenance solutions. • Prepare and deliver proposals for service contracts and preventive maintenance agreements. • Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and ensuring high satisfaction. • Collaborate with service teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance agreements. • Record sales activities in CRM systems and produce regular performance reports. • Stay informed of HVAC industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitor activity.

Excellent communication, a customer‑centric approach, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office are required, as well as a valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally. • Proven sales experience, preferably in HVAC, building services, or technical sales. • Working knowledge of HVAC systems and maintenance practices; technical background is an advantage. • Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly to non‑technical stakeholders. • Strong customer‑centric approach with negotiation and problem‑solving abilities. • Highly motivated, target‑driven, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team. • Competency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications. • Full, valid driver’s licence and flexibility to travel locally for client meetings.
