Applicants must hold at least a Heavy Rigid licence and either possess or be willing to obtain a valid White Card. While previous agitator‑driving experience is preferred, a strong work ethic, customer‑first attitude, problem‑solving skills, teamwork, and a focus on safety—including knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and fatigue management—are essential. • Hold a valid Heavy Rigid licence; obtain a White Card if not already held. • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and customer‑first attitude.
