About the Role
As a Parts Interpreter you will assist customers in identifying the correct parts and ensure enquiries are handled professionally and promptly. You will prepare quotes, sales orders and related documentation, keep customers updated on delivery changes, and follow up on quotations to drive sales. You will also monitor the Pronto system and other reports, and work closely with the onsite storeperson and other branches to guarantee timely dispatch of orders. • Assist customers in identifying correct parts and handle enquiries promptly. • Prepare quotes, sales orders, and related documentation for accurate delivery. • Communicate delivery updates and follow up on quotations to promote sales. • Monitor administrative systems, including Pronto reports. • Coordinate with onsite storeperson and other branches to ensure timely dispatch. • Prioritise deadlines while adhering to safety standards.

What You Bring
The role favours candidates with experience using Pronto and the Microsoft Office suite, knowledge of parts‑warehouse and freight operations, and exposure to export processes. A willingness to learn, strong problem‑solving and communication skills, and the ability to build effective relationships are essential.
