About the Role
• Support analysis of material and sub‑contract to the estimating lead. • Maintain detailed benchmarking data as required. • Assist with administrative tasks for estimators and pre‑construction team members. • Prepare estimates in collaboration with the team. • Use digital measurement tools for quantity take‑off aligned with project goals. • Input estimate data into appropriate software. • Conduct feasibility studies. • Collaborate towards net zero carbon transition and manage associated emissions and reductions.
