About the Role

As a Field Service Engineer for Aeroderivative Gas Turbines, you will coordinate and oversee field‑site work, provide quality service to customers, and develop the planning and instructions needed for crews and equipment. • Install and maintain rotating equipment on customer sites • Specialize in LM2500, LM6000, and PGT25+ DLE turbine products • Serve as primary contact to coordinate activities with customers and site teams • Document all site activities for the Baker Hughes TPS supervisor • Perform duties safely following TPS service processes and procedures • Lead site teams and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders • Identify new business opportunities and set measurable progress goals • Read and implement mechanical drawings

What You Bring

The role requires versatile problem‑solving, execution of installation and maintenance of rotating equipment at customer sites, specialization in turbine models such as the LM2500, LM6000 and PGT25+ DLE, and serving as the primary liaison between the customer, site team and Baker Hughes TPS supervisor. Successful candidates will hold an engineering or technical diploma (or equivalent experience), have 10‑15 years of oil‑and‑gas field maintenance or installation experience, demonstrate strong leadership and stakeholder communication, identify new business opportunities, and be proficient with mechanical drawings. • Adapt task methods when standard procedures are not viable • Hold an engineering or high‑school technical diploma (or equivalent experience) • Possess 10–15 years of oil‑and‑gas field maintenance or installation experience
