About the Role
The incumbent supports Superintendents and Foremen, overseeing all trade labor hiring, transfers, and layoffs while reporting to the Deputy Operations Manager and Operations Manager. Responsibilities include coordinating field assignments, reviewing schedules, documenting project issues, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety programs. • Coordinate assignment of Superintendent and Foreman positions with Operations Manager. • Assign and manage trade field assignments across projects. • Support Superintendents throughout job duration and monitor project schedules to keep critical activities on track. • Document and communicate field issues impacting budget, quality, or schedule to project management. • Oversee development and maintenance of Resource Allocation Control System (RACS) and implement QA/QC program. • Identify and develop self‑perform opportunities; manage self‑perform performance. • Collaborate with Business Unit Safety Director to implement safety program and manage trade crew progress (ReCAP). • Maintain succession plans and training programs for high‑potential tradesmen. • Assist Business Development, Estimating, and Project Executives with operational and logistics plans during pre‑construction.

What You Bring
This full‑time traveling assignment is located in Dallas, TX and supports aviation projects across the United States. The role reports to the Aviation Market Segment Group and prefers candidates with prior airport or aviation project experience. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and have at least ten years of relevant experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and SharePoint. The position requires 50%+ travel, the ability to lift up to 50 lb, and the capacity to work in a construction environment with exposure to noise, weather, and elevated work areas. Benefits
Compensation is salaried exempt with an estimated range of $220,000 to $290,000 annually, supplemented by flexible benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k), health savings and flexible spending accounts, as well as life, disability, and voluntary legal coverage.
