About the Role
• Provide a consultative, proactive approach to employees and managers at various levels on employee matters • Coach managers to improve effectiveness and development • Address performance issues with managers and employees, counsel on corrective actions, and approve related documentation • Participate in recurring HR processes such as bonus programs, promotions, performance reviews, and engagement surveys • Co‑facilitate training on employee development, coaching, and management topics • Develop, recommend, and implement HR policies and procedures • Evaluate and advise on the impact of organizational changes on employees and HR systems • Partner with HRIS to create/maintain HR structures and improve processes • Analyze HR data to generate insights and recommendations • Collaborate with business leaders to design organizational structures, job roles, and talent management processes • Provide occasional on‑site HR support for West Coast offices, requiring travel

What You Bring

Candidates must be eligible to work full‑time in the United States. • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution • Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist and/or HR Business Partner experience • Hands‑on experience with California leave administration • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, especially California regulations • Proven ability to build trusting, collaborative relationships with internal client groups • Strong communication and influencing skills across all employee levels • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and manage multiple priorities • Self‑directed, highly collaborative, and comfortable in a dynamic environment • Demonstrated issue‑resolution strengths, including active listening and sound judgment • Experience with Workday (preferred) • Experience supporting a range of managerial and individual contributor roles
