About the Role
As a Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst, you will partner with business leadership to determine data needs, provide insights, and enhance business intelligence systems across departments. Your focus on data governance, problem‑solving, and technical expertise will drive continuous improvement and inform strategic decisions. The role requires collaboration with both business and IT groups to design, build, and deploy Power BI solutions that meet commercial requirements, while also serving as a subject‑matter expert for the team. • Collaborate with business and IT teams to design, build, and deploy BI solutions for commercial needs. • Analyze large data sets to identify trends and patterns. • Create visualizations and reports for project requests. • Test and troubleshoot BI solutions. • Implement continuous improvements and automation of existing processes. • Serve as Power BI subject‑matter expert for the team. • Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer‑centric solutions. • Take initiative on new opportunities and challenges with urgency. • Plan and prioritize work aligned with organizational goals. • Manage conflict effectively with minimal disruption.

What You Bring
• Communicate clearly to diverse audiences. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field. • 3–5 years of commercial experience with sales and customer‑care data (preferred). • Expertise in Power BI, with certifications preferred. • Experience with Salesforce reporting, Microsoft Office, SQL Server, and Power Automate. • Knowledge of data warehousing, modeling, and mining best practices. • Ability to synthesize and communicate performance insights from disparate sources.
