About the Role

The operator runs molding equipment to produce parts that meet customer specifications and the company’s quality standards. Responsibilities include setting up machines, performing trims and inspections, documenting production data, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. • Operate molding machines to produce parts per customer specifications • Perform trims, inspections, and segregation of scrap • Complete hourly production logs, part counts, and packaging paperwork • Maintain safety, quality, production, and 5S housekeeping standards

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or GED, basic mathematics and computer proficiency, and a mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment. Strong communication, organization, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential. The job requires frequent physical activity such as lifting up to 35 lb (occasionally 44 lb), walking, standing, reaching, bending, and climbing, as well as the ability to distinguish colors and handle light objects regularly. • High school diploma or GED required • Basic math, computer skills and mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting • Proficient with hand tools and able to read technical documents • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities • Ability to work independently and support other departments as needed • Lift up to 35 lb regularly; frequent lifts up to 44 lb • Frequent walking, standing, reaching, pulling, bending, twisting, and climbing • Ability to distinguish colors and shades with depth perception
