About the Role
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment according to sanitation SOPs • Operate dishwashing machinery safely • Clean, prep, and wash pots, pans, utensils, plates, glasses, cups, and store silverware properly • Ensure chemical dispensers and cleaning supplies are functional and stocked • Use required safety equipment to meet OSHA standards • Empty and clean kitchen garbage to the dumpster • Assist in the dining room by removing soiled dishes during meals and returning them to the dishwashing station

What You Bring
• High school diploma or GED (preferred) • Prior service or kitchen experience (preferred) • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions • Capability to work in a fast‑paced environment • Stand, walk, sit, lift/carry up to 50 lb, use fine and gross motor skills, and practice proper body mechanics

Benefits
The Utility worker reports to the Culinary Services Director and is a non-exempt hourly position.
