About the Role
The primary function of the ATS Copper Installer is to perform assembly, complex and repetitive wiring, and copper operations to produce complete sub‑assemblies and final assembly of ATS equipment, and to check the electrical and mechanical performance of completed assemblies. • Construct, assemble, or repair layout copper assemblies. • Install and fabricate layout copper to accommodate customer connections. • Secure copper connections to meet bracing specifications. • Maintain required clearance distances on all assemblies. • Install and wire electrical devices according to bill of material and schematics. • Ensure a safe work environment for self and others.

What You Bring
A high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution is required. No relocation benefit is offered, and only candidates within a 50‑mile radius of the work location will be considered, except for Active‑Duty Military Service members who are exempt from the geographical limitation. Position criteria include the ability to lift 35 pounds at the waist, shoulder, or overhead, a proven history of safe work habits, the capacity to work effectively without direct supervision, and willingness to work overtime on weekdays and weekends.
