Job Highlights
About the Role
Key duties include designing communication rooms, ICT cabinets, structured cabling, telecom and wireless networks, as well as LAN switch and connected‑real‑estate solutions. The role also coordinates integration with third‑party IP technologies such as CCTV, access control, AV/multimedia, digital signage and building management systems. During construction, the Associate Director leads client design meetings, site inspections, test analysis and witness testing. • Design communication rooms, ICT cabinets, structured cabling, telecom, wireless, LAN and connected‑real‑estate systems. • Integrate IP‑based technologies such as CCTV, access control, AV/multimedia, IPTV, digital signage, room booking and intelligent building components. • Coordinate integration with third‑party MEP services, including lighting control, BMS and other building systems. • Lead client design team meetings, conduct site inspections, analyse test results and perform witness testing during construction. • Deliver ICT design and advisory services across office fit‑outs, mixed‑use developments, industrial projects and public‑sector organisations.

What You Bring
• Hold an engineering degree and Certified Network Infrastructure Design Professional (CNIDP) certification. • Provide extensive experience in design‑led consultancy projects.
