About the Role

Valet drivers serve as the first and last point of contact for members and guests, creating positive, lasting impressions while handling parking and transportation duties. Responsibilities include greeting arrivals, parking and retrieving vehicles or golf carts, and operating transit vans to move guests to on‑site and off‑site locations such as the airport. The role also involves maintaining clean transportation areas, performing vehicle safety checks, and assisting guests with directions, baggage, and wheelchair loading. • Greet arriving and departing members and guests promptly. • Park and retrieve vehicles and golf carts safely and efficiently. • Drive transit vans to transport members, VIPs, and guests to local destinations, including the airport. • Maintain clean and orderly parking areas and transportation vehicles. • Perform routine vehicle inspections (tires, brakes, fluids, safety equipment). • Assist members with directions, baggage handling, and wheelchair loading/unloading. • Deliver items, run errands, and submit trip, mileage, and fuel consumption reports. • Follow traffic laws and department policies while operating light and heavy passenger vans. • Monitor and adjust staff transportation schedules as needed. • Attend department meetings and training sessions. • Provide at least six months of guest‑service experience in a high‑volume setting. • Maintain a clean driving record meeting the club’s insurance standards. • Work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts over eight hours.

A clean driving record that meets the club’s insurance requirements and the ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts longer than eight hours, are required.
