Construction Manager - Infrastructure, Civil and Build

About the Role

The role is responsible for managing the delivery of specific work packages to key performance indicators for safety, quality, cost and programme. You will build and maintain relationships with trade/sub‑contractors, internal teams and external stakeholders while supporting the construction delivery team. Key duties include performance coaching, overseeing fit‑out, coordinating with package managers, forecasting, reporting, adhering to the project digital strategy, and managing close‑out and quality handover. You will also champion best practice, digital and responsible business initiatives and contribute to net‑zero carbon goals. • Support team performance through performance management, technical development and coaching. • Oversee structure and fit‑out of assigned area/package, ensuring site conditions, programme, quality and safety standards. • Coordinate with package managers on programme schedules and critical‑path activities. • Lead forecast look‑ahead meetings for the area or package. • Provide detailed planned vs. actual data and flag deviations to construction leadership. • Apply project digital strategy and locate construction information on digital platforms. • Manage close‑out of the area, including QA/QC plans, ITPs and handover procedures. • Develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Utilise Centre of Excellence knowledge base and company best practices. • Promote business priorities such as construction to production, digital initiatives and responsible practices. • Contribute to net‑zero carbon transition by identifying and managing emissions during delivery.

What You Bring

• Hold a Managerial CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme). • Hold SMSTS certification (Site Management Safety Training Scheme). • Demonstrate knowledge of construction methodologies, especially structural, façade and fit‑out disciplines. • Familiarity with Method Statement processes and relevant digital platforms. • Understand Mace systems and internal standards and know where to access them.

The estimated salary for this position is USD 100,000‑130,000, varying based on experience, skills and qualifications.
