About the Role
The analyst will partner with local and regional IT teams to deliver daily support for the office and provide helpdesk assistance to end‑users across the firm. • Provide support on corporate IT Helpdesk • Install new printers, copiers, plotters, and other office equipment • Install and support enterprise applications • Perform data maintenance and archiving • Assist with office moves and expansions

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field with 0‑2 years experience, or an Associate’s degree with 3+ years experience, and possess knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange 365, Windows Server, Active Directory and basic networking.
