What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field such as engineering, architecture, or construction management, and possess a PMP or equivalent certification. At least seven years of project‑management experience, preferably in commercial real estate, and a proven record of handling complex projects are required. Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, experience leading projects across office, retail, industrial, and healthcare sectors, and demonstrated ability in change management and innovation. Familiarity with construction processes, building codes, and proficiency in project‑management software are also valued. • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field. • PMP or equivalent project management certification. • Minimum 7 years of project management experience, preferably in commercial real estate. • Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion. • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. • Master's degree and experience across office, retail, industrial, and healthcare sectors (preferred). • Experience in change management and driving innovation. • Knowledge of construction processes and building codes. • Proficiency with project management software and tools. • No visa sponsorship; must be authorized to work in the United States.
