About the Role
As a BFC Solutions Filter Technician, you will replace air filters and perform basic HVAC maintenance primarily in rooftop ventilation and HVAC systems for retail and commercial customers. • Work at heights up to 40 feet using extension ladders • Work outdoors in all weather conditions

What You Bring
• Age 21+ to operate company vehicle • Valid driver’s license with good driving record • Live within 40 miles of the designated region • Weigh less than 275 pounds for ladder safety • Proven ability to work independently with remote supervision • Lift and carry up to 75 pounds • Facility and/or grounds maintenance experience • Construction experience • HVAC experience • Cable installation experience • Route driving experience • Roofing experience
