About the Role
The technician operates under the guidance of engineers or designers, collaborating with digital design, engineering, and project teams to develop and maintain the ICT discipline model. Responsibilities include modeling BIM elements, preparing Revit drawings and schematics, and ensuring accurate documentation and coordination across all model outputs. • Work within the ICT discipline under direct supervision of an engineer, designer, or technical professional. • Assist in developing and coordinating the ICT model with Digital Design, Engineering, and Project teams. • Support creation and maintenance of ICT systems, model content, families, and digital delivery outputs. • Accurately model ICT BIM elements (pathways, cabinets, devices, network components) using current 3D design software. • Prepare detailed Revit drawings, layouts, schematics, and diagrams for ICT systems. • Maintain ICT model data, coordinates, scales, orientations, scope boundaries, match lines, views, and sheets. • Produce discipline‑specific ICT documentation with precise annotations and coordinated modeling outputs.
What You Bring
Successful candidates are proficient with 3D design software and document management tools, and are comfortable using Microsoft Office and communication platforms.
