About the Role

The Turbine Floor Outage Execution Lead is responsible for directing, assigning, and coordinating turbine floor outage activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient execution aligned with Constellation and Clean Energy Center (CEC) goals. The role enforces procedural compliance, Human Performance fundamentals, and Technical Human Performance techniques while providing coaching and mentorship to drive continuous improvement. The position requires overseeing multidisciplinary project activities, managing resources, and ensuring contractual obligations and milestones are met. It also involves supporting OS&A processes such as training, surveillance, procedure revisions, and the Corrective Action Program, while identifying improvement opportunities to achieve business objectives. • Direct turbine floor personnel to perform maintenance safely, effectively, and per procedures. • Coordinate work control, scheduling, and engineering meetings for online and refuel outages. • Communicate CEC and personnel issues to Outage Services & Alliances and CEC management, fostering collaboration. • Oversee multidisciplinary team for turbine generator disassembly/reassembly, deck lay‑down, equipment mobilization, and contract liaison. • Manage resources to satisfy contracts, meet milestones, and optimize short‑ and long‑term profitability. • Administer OS&A processes including training, surveillance, procedure updates, and corrective actions. • Identify and implement improvement opportunities aligned with business goals. • Maintain required access level and pass medical examinations as dictated by the position.

What You Bring

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Possess OEM training relevant to reactor, turbine, or steam generator projects (preferred).
