About the Role

The role provides supervision and coordination of high‑level special events and meetings for JLL’s Amazon client. It leads event team members, oversees functional supervision of support staff and third‑party vendors, and establishes policies that define event support standards in high‑profile environments. Daily duties include scheduling and supervising the Events Team, conducting site visits and planning meetings with the Amazon customer and vendors, executing events with meticulous attention to detail, tracking team performance through metrics and reports, and identifying opportunities to improve communication and efficiency while maintaining ethical relationships with contractors and property management.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 3 years of event management or relevant hospitality experience • Advanced competence with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and other software programs • Ability to type at least 60 WPM accurately and perform basic business math calculations • Excellent verbal and written communication with strong grammar and proofreading skills • Professional interaction with employees, visitors, and contractors • Flexibility to work nights, evenings, and weekends as required • Experience in corporate event management or high‑profile event coordination • Background in vendor management and contract negotiation • Knowledge of emergency response procedures and facilities coordination • Experience creating proposals, presentations, and budget compilations • Understanding of real estate and facilities management operations • Proven ability to establish policies and procedures for team operations
