About the Role
• Prepare assigned units for guest arrival • Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly manner • Report any maintenance problems • Maintain cleanliness of carts and ensure supplies and equipment are orderly • Assist management in maintaining inventory of linen and supplies • Work a full 8‑hour shift standing/walking, with reasonable accommodation if needed • Anticipate customer needs and consider how work impacts them • Build confidence in self and others through honest, dependable interactions
