About the Role

• Make 20–30 outbound calls daily • Meet new‑customer acquisition targets • Conduct follow‑up calls after equipment returns to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals • Serve as point of contact for web and media‑based rentals • Log all calls, leads, and opportunities in the CRM • Respond promptly to customer calls and emails • Achieve set goals for rentals, new and inactive accounts • Build and maintain a database of customers, competitors, and project information • Use reporting services and industry contacts to prepare for upcoming projects • Manage time and territory efficiently for effective coverage • Keep sales tools (brochures, specs, promos) on hand and use them creatively • Collaborate with the Rental Sales Manager to meet company objectives • Resolve customer issues, involving management or service departments as needed • Participate in local trade associations to nurture relationships • Provide after‑hours customer support when required • Deliver sales presentations verbally, in writing, or via PowerPoint • Visit job sites with outside sales representatives to understand product applications • Know the full rental fleet and demonstrate equipment to customers • Negotiate calmly, addressing concerns and aligning terms with company standards • Practice active listening to identify and meet customer needs

What You Bring
