About the Role
Following a recent major project win, the Building Services Team in Adelaide is hiring Project Administrators to support iconic defence programmes. The role focuses on keeping project schedules on track, supporting design and project managers, and ensuring high‑quality documentation and communication. • Coordinate project schedules, activities, and deadlines to ensure timely delivery. • Support Project and Design Managers by streamlining workflows and tracking milestones. • Prepare, manage, and maintain documentation such as minutes, reports, and correspondence. • Assist with budgets, invoices, procurement, and resource allocation in collaboration with finance teams. • Build strong stakeholder relationships, contribute to quality checks, and support risk management. • Maintain audit readiness across projects.

What You Bring
Candidates must be Australian citizens and obtain a Defence Clearance, with prior clearance preferred. AECOM acknowledges the Traditional Owners and Custodians of Australian lands and is committed to meaningful engagement with First Nations peoples. • 5+ years of project administration experience in construction, infrastructure, professional services, or Defence. • Strong organisational, multitasking, and attention‑to‑detail skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project; SharePoint experience advantageous. • Demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and a collaborative approach in fast‑paced teams.
