About the Role

You will work with multidisciplinary design teams to advocate for and achieve desired BMS and smart‑building outcomes, leading systems integration across building services. Our team delivers projects ranging from high‑rise towers such as 22 Bishopsgate and 40 Leadenhall to hyper‑scale data centres, stadiums and transformative healthcare facilities, setting the standard for ICT and smart consulting in the built environment. • Develop and engineer industry‑leading HVAC control designs for smart buildings. • Coordinate delivery of motor control panels, software configuration, graphics and commissioning. • Lead systems integration across building services and integrate BMS sub‑disciplines. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams to achieve BMS and smart‑building outcomes. • Produce detailed performance specifications and technical documentation for control systems. • Design BMS solutions compatible with cloud analytics, cyber‑security and naming standards. • Apply expertise with major BMS platforms such as Tridium Niagara, Schneider, Siemens and Honeywell. • Stay informed on HVAC and smart‑building technology trends to reduce energy consumption. • Manage subcontractors and internal resources to deliver full BMS solutions.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has strategic BMS controls engineering experience, deep knowledge of BMS platforms (e.g., Tridium Niagara, Schneider, Siemens, Honeywell), and the ability to design, specify and document implementations. You will coordinate subcontractors and internal resources, stay abreast of HVAC and smart‑building technology trends, produce detailed performance specifications, and ensure compliance with cloud analytics, cyber‑security and naming standards. Relevant certifications (WELL, LEED, BREEAM, WiredScore) and BCIA technical training modules are required, along with chartership‑oriented experience, strong problem‑solving, analytical and project‑management skills, and ownership of client deliverables. • Demonstrate strategic BMS controls engineering experience and pathway to chartership. • Hold BCIA technical training (BCM01, BCM02, BCM03) and knowledge of WELL, LEED, BREEAM, WiredScore certifications. • Exhibit strong problem‑solving, analytical and project‑management capabilities.
