About the Role
The Technical Project Manager II, based in North Las Vegas, Nevada, is responsible for coordinating project scope, resources, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation to achieve customer satisfaction and timely delivery. This role involves regular communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams, as well as maintaining complete and current project documentation. • Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans. • Plan, schedule, and monitor project tasks to ensure on‑time delivery. • Perform cost accounting and manage risk/opportunity analysis. • Maintain regular contact with clients and equipment vendors; lead meetings and resolve issues. • Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and properly stored. • Communicate project requirements across all Nikkiso disciplines and participants. • Generate statements of work, status reports, and monthly project updates. • Track and adjust project budgets and work plans as needs evolve. • Apply project methodology and enforce standards throughout execution. • Uphold Nikkiso quality and EHS standards; host client visits and site tours.

What You Bring
The position requires physical activity such as standing, walking, reaching, and occasional lifting of up to 25 lb, and may involve overtime and travel to client sites or industrial facilities. Employees must complete safety training, wear provided PPE, and adhere to Nikkiso’s EHS standards; a clean driving record and valid driver’s license are also required. • Possess at least 2 years of engineering product/project management experience; bachelor’s degree preferred. • Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.
