About the Role

The Field Technician II supports the maintenance and operation of generators, HVAC systems, and telecommunications site infrastructure. Working with minimal supervision, you will read customer plans, provide superior customer service, adhere to OSHA and industry standards, and create field sketches using AutoCAD. You will also interpret structural drawings, conduct pre-field due diligence, review peer work, and perform other assigned duties. • Read and interpret detailed customer plans and architectural drawings • Provide superior customer service while performing tasks safely and efficiently • Follow all OSHA and industry regulations • Prepare field sketches and drawings using AutoCAD • Conduct due-diligence and pre-field assessments for multiple projects • Review and verify peer work products • Update equipment records and "as-built" documentation accurately

What You Bring

Ideal candidates prioritize safety, have at least two years of general construction experience (cell-tower work preferred), and possess a high school diploma or GED (technical degree favored). You must be at least 21, hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and be able to operate aerial lifts, man lifts, and other equipment while leading crews when needed. Strong communication skills, ability to lift 50 lb, work 12-hour shifts, and flexibility for weekends, nights, travel, and extreme weather are required. • Safety-focused daily work habits • Minimum 2+ years general construction experience; cell-tower experience highly preferred • Age 21+, valid driver’s license with clean record • High school diploma/GED; technical degree preferred • Experience with AT&T or Verizon Wireless networks • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to operate aerial lifts, man lifts, skid steers, and aerial platforms • Capable of leading crews and applying DC/AC electrical skills when foreman is absent • Manual dexterity for ladder work and ability to lift 50 lb • Adaptable to changing environments and extensive travel • Available for weekends, nights, and extreme-weather conditions; able to work up to 12 hours per shift
