About the Role
• Ensure safe operation of equipment; negligent or abusive use is not tolerated • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including safety initiatives • Assist with installation, assembly, and relocation of equipment and furniture • Report any mechanical or safety problems promptly according to company procedures • Perform general facility maintenance, including minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs • Conduct routine inspections of equipment, tools, and facilities to identify maintenance needs • Use power tools to perform routine duties as needed • Perform physical duties such as lifting, climbing, and cleaning equipment • Regular team‑building and employee appreciation activities

What You Bring
• Recognize the importance of teamwork and communication for onsite functions • Support team projects and special assignments with general handyman skills • Work primarily indoors, but be prepared for temperature extremes and warehouse conditions • 3+ years of relevant equipment experience with a proven safety record • Experience with various equipment types and sizes, including scissor lifts, boom lifts, forklifts, and power skates • Experience conducting equipment material inspections
