We celebrate these makers and believe everyone has the potential to be one. • Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in industrial automation, instrumentation, or control systems. • Familiarity with PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and field instrumentation. • Basic understanding of control loops, P&IDs, and process control strategies. • Awareness of industry standards and practices (e.g., ISA standards) applicable to control system design. • Hands‑on experience with industrial networking protocols and topologies. • Proficiency in MS Office and engineering tools (AutoCAD, etc.). • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electronics & Instrumentation, Instrumentation & Control, or related fields). • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
