About the Role
Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, assessing customer storage needs, recommending packing and moving supplies, conducting daily unit inspections, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and handling payment reminders and collection calls. The role requires transporting items up to 35 lb, walking around facilities for up to 50 % of the time—including outdoor work, climbing stairs, and opening large doors—as well as performing cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and maintaining exterior curb appeal. • Assess customers' storage needs and suggest packing/moving supplies • Perform daily unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability • Audit cash drawers and process bank deposits • Conduct payment reminder and collection calls • Transport items up to 35 lb and walk/stand outdoors for up to 50 % of the shift • Clean interior spaces and maintain exterior grounds and curb appeal • Provide flexible full‑time schedules (9:30 am‑6 pm, weekends til 5 pm)
