About the Role

The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for efficiently performing all necessary maintenance tasks for the apartment community and supporting the Maintenance Supervisor in directing and managing the overall maintenance program. The role involves handling appliance, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and painting work while ensuring timely completion of service requests. • Provide competitive market pay and monthly bonus opportunities • Provide medical, dental, and vision coverage after 30 days of full‑time employment • Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C, and electrical duties • Assist the Service Manager with community tasks as needed • Ensure service requests are completed correctly and promptly • Conduct preventative maintenance repairs • Respond to emergency service calls per company policy • Assist with resident functions • Participate in the community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program

What You Bring
