Job Highlights
About the Role
Responsible for the day-to-day operation and administrative activities at multiple buildings within the district. Leads Project Managers and Supervisors to ensure conformance to contract requirements. Develops and implements cost control measures and level of service standards to ensure compliance with customer specifications / contract requirements for assigned buildings. Oversees inspections, quality control measures, and the inventory control of equipment and supplies for the assigned buildings. • Manage daily operations and administrative tasks for multiple district buildings. • Lead Project Managers and Supervisors to ensure contract compliance. • Develop and implement cost control measures and service standards. • Oversee inspections, quality control, and inventory of equipment and supplies. • Ensure adherence to customer specifications and contract requirements.

Benefits
Pay: $80K/YR. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position.
