About the Role

The Maintenance Technician supports the property’s maintenance program, handling corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks while assisting with the make‑ready process under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. The role includes daily site attendance, responding to work orders, and maintaining safety and compliance standards. • Attend site daily; respond promptly to resident and management work orders for common areas, buildings, and units. • Perform repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance to extend property life and ensure safety. • Conduct pool maintenance, maintain chemical logs, and keep exterior grounds and common areas clean. • Assist with unit turn events, make‑ready inspections, and inventory monitoring of tools and supplies. • Follow Asset Living policies, OSHA and EPA standards, and maintain an organized, stocked maintenance shop. • Provide excellent customer service, monitor request turnaround, and enforce community policies. • Meet physical demands such as climbing ladders, lifting 100+ lb objects, working in confined spaces, and being on‑call for emergencies.

What You Bring

Benefits
