Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the Role

Property managers work independently across multiple locations, both inside and outside the facilities. They assess customers’ storage needs, suggest solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. What You Bring

The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb and to spend up to 50 % of time walking around facilities, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Cleaning and routine maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal are also part of the job. Successful candidates have experience in customer‑service‑focused sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or fast‑food operations. A valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle are required for traveling between work locations, with mileage reimbursement available. • Must have a valid driver’s license and use personal vehicle for inter‑location travel.
