About the Role
The Leasing Professional oversees on‑site leasing and marketing operations, manages lease administration, supports daily office functions, ensures compliance with policies and legal requirements, and assists with resident move‑ins, move‑outs, and special projects as needed. • Conduct guided tours for prospective residents. • Follow up with prospects via email and phone. • Prepare and submit leasing and marketing reports promptly. • Coordinate in‑house events and outreach marketing activities. • Assist in managing leasing office operations and staff as needed. • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. • Maintain brand standards and present the property exceptionally. • Partner with the Regional Manager on special projects and assignments. • Perform assigned HR and People Operations tasks. • Work full shifts on‑site and be available for evenings, weekends, and overtime. • Support move‑outs, turn‑overs, and move‑ins beyond regular hours. • Lift and move items up to 50 lb regularly.

What You Bring
• Experience in sales, property management, or related fields. • Demonstrated leadership abilities. • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows/Apple operating systems. • Preferred: background in student housing. • Preferred: experience using Entrata software.
