About the Role

The Shipping and Receiving Associate is responsible for basic shipping and receiving tasks in a manufacturing facility, ensuring that inbound and outbound goods are handled efficiently and accurately. The role involves maintaining a clean and organized shipping area, adhering to safety protocols, and supporting the logistics team with loading, unloading, and documentation duties. • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists and purchase orders. • Prepare and package products for shipment with proper labeling and documentation. • Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and wrapping machines. • Maintain accurate inventory records of shipped and received goods. • Load and unload trucks and containers. • Keep the shipping and receiving area clean and organized. • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines. • Respond to emails as needed.

What You Bring

Candidates should have basic computer skills for inventory tracking, good communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with prior warehouse experience preferred. The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lb, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods, and may involve exposure to varied weather, noise, chemicals, and forklift traffic. • Possess basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry. • Demonstrate good communication, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities. • Work in a physically demanding environment, lifting up to 50 lb. • Forklift, man‑lift, and tractor certification may be required.
