What You Bring

Vacation Sales Managers work in our Retail Marketing team, selling vacation getaways in Bass Pro Shops® and Cabela’s®. They lead a high‑performing team of 3‑4 Sales Representatives who engage with customers and sell vacation packages, earning uncapped commissions that increase with sales performance. The team typically finalizes a sale in under 10 minutes, resulting in satisfied vacationers. If you thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment, we would love to discuss this opportunity with you. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about guest interaction, have at least one year of hospitality or customer‑service experience—preferably in a commission‑based role— and demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills. Candidates must be self‑motivated, driven, able to thrive in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment, available to work evenings, weekends and holidays, and proficient in Microsoft Office. • Minimum one year of hospitality or customer service experience, preferably commission‑based. • Effective communication and teamwork skills. • Self‑motivated, driven, with a proven track record in fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environments. • Strong problem‑solving and negotiation abilities. • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
