About the Role

The Sales Director for Major Accounts will originate and manage relationships with the most strategic owner clients, working closely with senior stakeholders, acquisition/disposition teams, and asset managers. The role focuses on day‑to‑day business origination, account management, client engagement, and revenue expansion through consultative selling and relationship building, with up to 50 % travel nationwide. • Develop and implement a comprehensive major‑account strategy with the Head of Major Accounts. • Identify and document key stakeholders across asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, and executive leadership. • Create and nurture relationships with key clients to enhance retention and drive additional sales. • Grow account participation and revenue by negotiating volume‑based agreements and collaborating with field sales teams. • Represent LoopNet and Ten‑X at industry events and network with commercial‑real‑estate professionals. • Gain a thorough understanding of client needs and build lasting relationships with decision‑makers. • Become an expert in the Ten‑X end‑to‑end transaction platform and LoopNet marketing solutions. • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, marketing, and closing. • Deliver client and prospect presentations of products and services. • Underwrite and evaluate prospect and client assets. • Manage relationships with brokers, sellers, and buyers throughout the auction process.

What You Bring

A drug‑free workplace and pre‑employment substance‑abuse testing are part of the hiring process. • Minimum 8 + years experience in account management, sales, or business development within commercial real estate or capital markets. • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue goals and sales quotas through consultative selling and account expansion. • Strong client‑focused approach with relationship‑building and networking skills. • Data‑driven mindset to leverage analytics for client outcomes and growth opportunities. • Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present to senior executives and influence decisions. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit university. • Willingness to travel up to 50 % and possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • Strong multitasking, organizational, and quick‑learning abilities; curiosity and commitment to customer service. • 6 + years experience with large commercial real‑estate owners at a national brokerage platform. • Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
