About the Role

The Senior Channel Manager, Builder will act as a strategic architect, planning and executing integrated marketing programs that drive growth across multiple channels within the single‑family home builder segment. Partnering with product, sales, brand and external customer teams, the manager will translate market insights into cohesive, results‑driven strategies that enhance brand relevance and commercial impact. • Develop and implement comprehensive channel marketing strategies aligned with business objectives for key builder accounts. • Build deep channel expertise through field travel and industry engagement; analyze market research and competitive dynamics. • Design and execute integrated go‑to‑market plans including promotions, merchandising, product launches and collateral, managing budgets and agency partners. • Provide insights to Product Management to influence roadmap and maintain a market‑relevant portfolio. • Serve as primary liaison across Sales, Brand, Product, Operations, Finance and regional teams to activate programs. • Cultivate strong relationships with home builders, wholesalers, plumbing contractors, influencers and trade associations. • Define KPIs, track sales, margins and volume, and develop improvement plans. • Travel up to 20‑35% domestically to support key accounts.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in channel or brand management. • 5+ years managing cross‑functional projects using stage‑gate frameworks. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ability to translate data into actionable strategies. • Experience with digital and traditional channels, RFPs, merchandising, Salesforce/CRM and financial acumen. • Excellent communication and presentation abilities; proficiency in PowerPoint and Word. • Collaborative, innovative, adaptable mindset with a passion for continuous learning.

Compensation ranges from $103,700 to $163,020 USD, varying with experience, education and location.
