About the Role
The incumbent will ensure BIM procedures are followed, create BIM execution plans and training materials, set up linked models, and provide BIM tool support and mentoring. Responsibilities include managing BIM data sets, coordinating multidisciplinary models, conducting clash and clearance checks, 4D simulations, visualizations, and asset management, as well as leading regular BIM coordination meetings. • Develop and enforce BIM execution plans and project‑specific training documentation. • Set up and coordinate linked BIM models across all disciplines. • Provide technical support and mentorship on BIM authoring tools for project teams. • Manage and maintain project BIM data sets, workflows, and content libraries. • Conduct clash detection, clearance checks, 4D simulations, visualizations, and asset management. • Lead and moderate regular BIM coordination meetings with all stakeholders. • Strategically allocate technical and human resources for BIM initiatives. • Negotiate project terms to optimize outcomes and resource utilization.
