About the Role
The Intern Project Engineer will assist in administration of the field office to achieve project profitability and schedule goals during a Summer 2026 internship. This full‑time role is located on a jobsite in Williams, AZ, with specific location details and expectations discussed during the interview process. Key duties include managing documentation, supporting schedule and cost tracking, and assisting in various project administration tasks. Third‑party recruiters must coordinate with SOLV Energy’s internal talent acquisition team; unsolicited submissions will not be eligible for placement fees and may be hired without liability to the recruiter. • Update and maintain all sets of drawings, specifications and logs • Prepare document distributions to subcontractors • Maintain document logs • Assist with maintenance and updating of CPM schedules • Assist with determining weekly labor production quantities • Assist with processing submittals • Maintain submittal log • Assist with processing RFIs • Maintain RFI log on CMS system • Maintain expediting log • Assist in project filing system maintenance • Input data for labor cost reports and field quantity surveys • Assist with affirmative action program documentation

What You Bring
Candidates should be pursuing or have completed a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or have equivalent experience, and possess basic estimating and scheduling skills, the ability to read plans and specifications, strong written and verbal communication, independent judgment, and preferably drafting and computer skills. • Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree completed or in progress, or equivalent experience • Basic estimating and scheduling skills desirable • Ability to read and understand plans and specifications • Effective written and verbal English language communication skills • Ability to use independent judgment; self‑starting • Drafting and computer skills desirable

Benefits
The hourly compensation range for this internship is $20.00‑$22.00.
Work Environment
Office Full-Time
