About the Role

The Graduate Quality Engineer will join the Defence & Nuclear Technology Solutions division, reporting to the Head of Quality & Innovation, and will maintain the Integrated Management System, participate in process reviews, coordinate quality assurance activities, support project audits and contribute to digital transformation initiatives using modern digital tools. • Maintain and manage the Integrated Management System (IMS). • Coordinate quality assurance activities and support project audits. • Participate in process reviews and drive digital transformation initiatives. • Apply modern digital tools and data analysis to improve processes. • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other quality standards. • Analyse data to identify smart solutions and promote continuous improvement. • Utilise MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds at least a 2:1 degree in an engineering, scientific or technical discipline, possesses strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, an eye for detail, interest in ISO 9001 quality systems, excellent written and verbal communication, teamwork, strong organisational skills, and proficiency in MS Office; experience with Power BI is a desirable bonus. Due to project sensitivities, applicants must have a minimum of five years continuous UK residency and hold sole British nationality. • Communicate effectively across multidisciplinary teams. • Leverage Power BI for data analytics (desirable). • Meet security criteria: five years continuous UK residency and sole British nationality.
