About the Role

• Perform HVAC repairs, cleaning, and component replacement. • Repair, replace parts, and install plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and faucets. • Repair and install carpentry items including doors, shelves, countertops, and locks. • Conduct drywall and plaster repairs and apply painting as needed. • Service electrical and appliance systems, including lighting, wiring, power circuits, switches, and lamps. • Maintain machinery such as chillers, belts, pumps, and fans. • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents.

Requirements: The Maintenance Technician must have 1-2 years of experience in commercial property or multi‑unit residential settings, a high school diploma or GED (with 3‑4 years of experience able to offset education), and may hold certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing. A valid driver’s license may be required. Essential skills include self‑motivation, teamwork, communication, attention to detail, customer service, and personal accountability, and the role may require weekend work.
